First off, I want to thank Ariel Grimm and Doe Deere for sending their fans over to my blog and specifically to my edition of « Le suivre vendredi » devoted to Mme Deere. Hopefully you looked around while you were here; my Feedjit only picks up on the first page a person visits and if they depart to an outside link (YouTube, for example). Again, thank you all.
And speaking of, this week’s edition of « Le suivre vendredi » heads over to Boston and a blogger who is student of fashion (and a fashionable student, too) and adores vintage clothing, lingerie (vintage and modern), writing and much, much more.
Mesdames et messieurs, bienvenue s’il vous plaît mon prochaine « Le suivre vendredi » pour juillet 2010, Neira Pekmez de “Miss Neira” !
Mlle Pekmez et moi first met a few weeks ago on Twitter. Specifically, she found me, most likely through my appearance on IFB. She didn’t seem to be a bot, so I added her back. Also: When I informed her she would be featured here this week and told her how I normally create these posts, she offered up–by my request–the three posts/photos that best represent her blog and her overall. Pas mal, non ?
As stated in the opening, Mlle Pekmez–who is no doubt going to learn a little French from me just by reading this blog alone–is an independent fashion blogger from Boston who is also going to uni to learn as about the art of fashion as she can before being sent out into the world to take it by storm… or something like that. Until then, however, we have her blog, where you’ll find everything from guest posts and giveaways to finding certain looks for H&M money, outfit posts, and even her ongoing love for lingerie and chocolate.
Why should you follow Neira Pekmez? You always wondered if there were other fashionable cities aside from The Big Five (Paris, Milan, London, NYC et LA), you, too, love all things vintage, lingerie and chocolate (and maybe all at once), or you just like cute blogs.
Why should you not follow Neira Pekmez? You’re a Yankees fan (Googlelulz this, people), you prefer a little more meat (text) to the eye candy, and you’re happy with your granny panties and mom jeans… yeah, I don’t know, either.

So glad you found Neira. She is a real beauty, inside and out. Must go poke about your place now while I wish that I could rock a leopard print dress like Miss N
Cheers – Petra
Merci madame ! May you enjoy all that I have to offer here, and feel free to come back anytime.
Neira is one of my absolute favorite bloggers!
I like her, too, and am happy you liked my feature on her. May you enjoy the rest of this blog, as well.
